Role Overview:

• As the Head of Integrations, you will be at the forefront of our technology ecosystem, responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing end-to-end integrations across our platforms. You will lead a talented team and work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient digital landscape. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical prowess, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of integration specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend integration technologies and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful integration projects.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing integration projects, with a deep understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Strong technical background with expertise in API design, middleware, and data integration technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex integration projects from inception to completion.
