We are looking for a full-time HR Consultant Specialist- Customer Success to join our team. The goal of this position is to make sure that companies' human resources processes are 100% digitized. You will work as a solution partner of companies and human resources managers of our customers, and you will work with the Sales and Customer Success team at Kolay.

This is a completely remote job. However, it is preferable for the candidates to reside in Istanbul in terms of participation in possible face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of HR as much as possible and share the knowledge with HR professionals
• Help digitalization of HR for medium and enterprise with Customer Success Team and Account Manager Team
• Help new customers through the onboarding process.
• Ensure accurate and organised transfer of data during the onboarding process
• Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos
• Understand customer context and goals, providing product information to serve those goals best
• Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently
• Assisting the Customer Success Operations process

Requirements

• 0-3 years experience in HR or Success or Customer Engagement 
• To be a product-oriented, highly-motivated, energetic, results-driven
• To have the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects.
• To have exceptional communication skills and persuasiveness
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Related Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior teamwork ability within creative, product, and technical teams, and both internal and external clients
