We are looking for a Webflow specialist to join our team. If you think webflow is your playground, we would like to meet you.

This is a REMOTE position.

Your tasks will include:

• Building and designing new websites and landing pages
• Manage company websites through CMS in line with Kolay’s digital communication guidelines
• Upload, edit and organize web content including text, images, videos, and documents
• Implementing third-party integrations like Sendinblue, Intercom, Pipedrive
• Directly support efforts to grow qualified leads, by converting site traffic through effective use of calls to‐action, landing pages, and lead generation offers; evaluates and implement additional tools to make lead generation more effective
• Partner with the Marketing team to plan, maintain and improve our online presence, and initiate new ways to enhance and develop our website presence
• Implement reports and analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our site and the performance of marketing campaign landing pages
• Execute the SEO strategy in corporation with the Marketing team
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit the needed visuals in line with brand guidelines
• Effectively implement and manage the delivery of web content to meet the timeline

Requirements

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/jQuery, Google Analytics, and Photoshop
• Experience with Web Content Management systems
• Attention to detail is a must
• Familiarity with current trends in color, technology, communications, and other design influences
• Ability to confidently present your web designs and articulate creative vision to team leads and other departments
• Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work across several projects with competing deadlines
