What You’ll Do
- Our Sales Enablement team are the strategists, connectors, facilitators, and catalysts for success.
- As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a vital role in empowering our sales team by equipping them with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.
- You will work closely with Sales Leadership to execute enablement strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about driving sales performance.
- Manage and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.
- Support the implementation of sales enablement initiatives designed in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with Kolay İK’s goals and revenue targets.
- Deliver engaging training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and effective communication.
- Develop and manage sales playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and other collateral to support sales conversations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and introduce solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools (CRM, prospecting, enablement platforms) to ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to align messaging, ensure consistency, and maximize impact.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement fields, prior experience in SaaS would be a plus
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to create content tailored to the needs of different sales roles.
- Go-getter and self-starter attitude with a track record in taking initiative and owning end-to-end deliverables in a fast paced environment
- To juggle multiple tasks at the same time with superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to run retrospectives and evaluations to continually assess and identify areas for improvement
