Responsibilities
- Plan and support career development for the members of your team
- Be a decision maker for the architecture of proposals and give suggestions on improving code quality

Requirements
- B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical fields
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of building and managing software teams, managers and individual contributors
- Hands-on experience in design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable features and services with solid technical vision
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Have experience in mentoring leaders and helping them grow
- Take responsibility for the success of the engineering team
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Show a high level of emotional intelligence and awareness
