Requirements
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs at universities,
- Proficient in legal regulations and current SGK (Social Security Institution) practices,
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll, legal declarations, reporting, and all end-to-end legal processes,
- Strong in labor law regulations and mediation processes,
- Team player and communicative,
- Able to take responsibility
Responsibilities
- Executing all payroll and accrual processes for the companies under consultancy,
- Executing MUHSGK, E-Vizite, İşkur, and police station notification processes,
- Performing and completing legal checks for hiring and termination processes,
- Performing and reporting incentive studies,
- Checking and completing company-based cost reports,
- Playing an active role in all payroll consulting processes,
