About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver solutions that meet business goals and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and Develop: Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions across the stack (front-end, back-end, and database).
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks, identifying opportunities to integrate them into our projects.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Testing and Debugging: Write automated tests and debug issues to ensure a reliable product experience.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end expertise with languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
