Payroll Services Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Services Specialist who will be part of the Payroll Services team to ensure the clients’ payroll processes run smoothly and reported accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the statement of employment and severance processes and procedures are followed
• Processing timesheets and score cards (Puantaj) for clients
• Calculating wage accruals and running payrolls
• Running calculations for seniority allowances, payments in lieu of notice, and other allowances
• Following up SGK accruals and incentives for clients and their employees
• Following up the tax declarations and returns
• Submitting and monitoring fiscal and other payroll reports to clients as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
• Experience in a payroll management fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of tax & labour laws, and SGK practices 
• Good understanding of the fiscal procedures
• Excellent communications and follow-up skills
• Strong computer literacy especially Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively with supervision

• Personel işe giriş ve işten çıkış süreçlerinin yürütülmesi 
• Puantaj tablolarının hazırlanması
• Ücret tahakkuklarının hesaplanması ve bordronun hazırlanması 
• Kıdem, ihbar ve diğer tazminatların hesaplanması
• SGK tahakkuk ve teşvik işlemlerinin takip edilmesi
• Muhtasar beyanname işlemlerinin takip edilmesi
• Maliyet tablo ve raporlarının izlenmesi

Aranan nitelikler

• İşletme, çalışma ekonomisi, İK yönetimi veya ilgili alanlarda lisans derecesine sahip
• Bordro hazırlama ve yönetme süreçlerinde tecrübeli
• Vergi Kanunu, İş Kanunu ve SGK uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi
• Mali prosedür ve yaklaşımlara ilgili
• Sağlam  iletişim ve takip becerilerine sahip  
• Microsoft Office uygulamaları başta olmak üzere etkin yazılım kullanabilen
• Yoğun çalışma temposuna düzenle uyum sağlayabilen
• Bordro danışmanları ve mali müşavirler gözetiminde etkili çalışabilecek
